Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer to drive the user experience and interface design of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric designs that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of business and product requirements to design effective solutions.
- Lead the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to enhance user experiences for AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform and refine product designs.
- Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards, workflows, and interaction models tailored to enterprise needs.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across all products.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving product requirements.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in product design, ideally within Enterprise Platform environments; early-stage startup experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools, enabling rapid production of high-quality designs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment with iterative product development cycles.
- Strong interest in AI-driven interfaces, LLMs (Large Language Models), and generative AI technologies.
- Expertise in prototyping and UX testing, including the creation of interactive prototypes and usability testing.
- Systems thinking approach to building scalable and reusable design systems for AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams.
- Bonus: Experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or voice UI.
