About the Role
We are looking for a highly versatile FDE Intern who can operate at the intersection of business thinking, prompt engineering, and basic coding. This role is ideal for students who are excited about AI-driven products and want to build end-to-end solutions using Nurix’s next-generation platform.
As an FDE Intern, you will work closely with the Growth and Product teams to understand user requirements, design workflows, build intelligent agents, optimize prompts, and—when needed—write lightweight code for custom integrations. This is a unique role where you get to experience business problem-solving, AI system design, and hands-on technical implementation.
Responsibilities
Understand customer/user problems and translate them into clear requirement documents.
Design and build AI agents on top of Nurix’s upcoming platform.
Create, test, and iterate on prompts to improve agent performance.
Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Engineering) to deliver solutions end-to-end.
Write basic code (Python/JS preferred) to support workflows, connectors, or incremental integrations when necessary.
Run small experiments, analyze results, and derive insights to improve adoption & user experience.
Conduct QA, debugging, and optimizations on agent logic or workflows.
Collaborate on internal growth initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in AI, prompt engineering, and automation.
Basic coding ability (Python or JavaScript).
Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured tasks.
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with no-code/low-code tools or AI automation tools.
Prior exposure to LLMs, agent frameworks, or workflow builders.
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or integrations.
Experience in startups, product management, or technical consulting.
