The Role:
As an Agentic PM, you will work directly with enterprise customers (and internal stakeholders) to build, configure, and scale agent-based solutions (e.g., conversational assistants, workflow automation agents) leveraging the platform capabilities. You’ll own the lifecycle of these engagements: from discovery/scoping, configuration/productisation, delivery, iteration, and scaled launch. You will feed insights back into the platform roadmap and help shape new capabilities to meet client-use-cases.
What You Will Do:
● Partner with customers to deeply understand their business workflows, pain points, desired outcomes, and success metrics.
● Define product-use-cases and configuration requirements for agent solutions: map customer needs to platform capabilities, identify gaps, propose new features or customisations, prioritize deliverables.
● Work closely with engineering, data/ML, UX/design, and implementation teams to deliver agent-solutions: prompt/logic design, data integrations, UI/UX flows, analytics/monitoring, launch planning.
● Act as primary product-owner for customer deployments: manage deliverables, customer expectations, iterate post-launch to optimise performance and adoption.
● Monitor KPIs for each customer solution: engagement/adoption metrics, accuracy/performance of agent, ROI delivered to customer; provide insights and improvement recommendations.
● Capture patterns across customer use-cases, identify opportunities for building reusable capabilities/modules on the platform, and feed those into the platform roadmap.
● Present to customer stakeholders (managers, executives) and internal leadership: status updates, success metrics, roadmap proposals, value delivered.
● Act as a bridge between engineering and customer success/GTM: ensure customer voices shape product direction, and the solutions delivered meet business impact.
What We’re Looking For:
● 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience preferably in AI or consumer growth roles..
● Technical fluency: able to understand model-design basics (prompt logic, AI/ML workflow), data/integration challenges, APIs, and translate customer requirements into product features and engineering deliverables.
● Excellent stakeholder & customer-facing skills: able to build relationships with customer executives, understand business domain, deliver value, manage expectations.
● Experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions: requirements gathering, specification, roadmap/prioritisation, working with engineering teams to deliver, and measuring success.
● Comfortable working in ambiguous / evolving environments, where you’ll often define the path rather than follow it.
● Bonus (nice to have): experience working with AI/LLMs, conversational agents or automation technology; prior consulting or professional services
background; strong analytical/data orientation.
