Role Overview:
As an AI Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our AI agents perform at their best. This is a hybrid role—part data analyst, part product thinker, and part conversation detective. You'll dive into performance metrics and real-world production interactions (like sales/support calls) to surface insights that inform agent improvement and broader business strategies.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves working at the intersection of data, product, and business insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze agent performance: Track key metrics like resolution rate, escalation rate, sentiment scores, etc.
- Conversation Intelligence: Identify qualitative patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards: Provide visibility into agent performance and business impact.
- Generate insights: Combine data + qualitative input to create actionable recommendations for product, ops, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and client success teams to prioritize changes.
- Help shape agent training and behavior based on real-world usage patterns and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, product ops, CX analysis, or business consulting.
- Strong comfort with data: Excel, SQL, and optionally Python and BI Tools like Metabase.
- Curiosity and attention to detail when listening to conversations or reading transcripts.
- Ability to turn ambiguity and raw input into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills: you can explain the “why” behind your recommendations.
- Interest in the AI and automation space is a big plus.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with customer-facing AI products or BPO environments.
- Familiarity with conversational analytics tools or LLM-powered summarization tools.
- Exposure to tools like Zendesk, Dialpad, Observe.AI, or Uniphore.
