Key Responsibilities:
Thesis Building and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, shifts, and emerging opportunities. Build and validate business hypotheses through data analysis and customer feedback.
Competitive Benchmarking: Analyse competitors and industry leaders to benchmark Nurix’s position in the market. Identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential partnerships that align with Nurix’s business strategy. Work with internal teams to formalise and execute these partnerships.
Customer Insights Gathering: Engage with customers to gather insights on pain points, product needs, and market fit. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and product development.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that align product positioning, pricing, and packaging with target segments. Coordinate cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and product—to ensure a successful product launch and drive market adoption.
What are we looking for?
Years of Experience: 2 - 6 Years in product, start-up growth, investment or consulting
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills: We are agnostic to brands and positions, as long as you are passionate about and have worked on solving challenging problems.
- Growth mindset: You have a deep curiosity to learn about diverse topics. You enjoy getting to solve new problems and testing new ideas. You constantly try to upskill yourself, seek feedback, and pick up learning goals proactively.
- Self-drive: We are a self-managed team; we co-create our OKRs rather than being ‘managed’ traditionally. You enjoy ownership and driving ambiguous projects forward. You work for passion, not deadlines.
