Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic customer delivery team in Bangalore. In this pivotal role, you’ll a) participate in solutioning during presales b) own delivery of multiple projects during implementation c) maintain post product support of assigned customers and d) look at avenues to add value/expand Nurix solutions in customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery:
define and document detailed project plans and requirements
own technical design, architecture, and implementations for successful project delivery
coordinate deployment, testing and successful rollout of customer solutions
point of contact for customer during the project lifecycle (earn customer trust)
status reporting & tracking
Pre-Sales solutioning: Participate in solutioning during pre-sales. Be an expert in Nurix AI agents (demo, solution discovery)
Post Go Live support: coordinate resolution & RCA of post-go Live issues within agreed SLAs
Expand footprint: be a trusted advisor to customers in AI solutioning. Look for avenues to expand Nurix footprint in customer ecosystem
Collaboration: Partner with the a) product & engineering teams to deliver right solutions and b) sales team to drive successful closure
Reporting & invoicing: track usage of Nurix solution and report out for invoicing customer per agreed frequency
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in implementation/delivery/management of technical projects. Custom AI experience a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, or related field
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience with presales solutioning and delivery
Expertise in managing implementation of multiple projects
Ability to learn quickly in ever evolving AI space
Understanding of Tools like Jira etc.
Strong understanding of Devops, Scrum etc.
